70 years of activity for Autofficina Sandri, a reference point in the Northeast of Vicenza for vehicle service and repair, which entrusted us with organizing an Open Day for the entire community.

We took care of the entire planning and implementation of the event, from the logistics to the creative part. The day began with the ribbon cutting and inauguration of the workshop’s new operational areas in the presence of local and national dignitaries.

Guest of honor Tony Cairoli, nine-time motocross world champion: we set up a dedicated corner for him, with his Ducati on display, customized gadgets created for the occasion and a copy-signing moment with fans.

Adisplay of rally and luxury cars was set up inside the business area, flanked by driving simulators for an immersive experience and guided tours of the workshop, enhanced by information totems on the different areas of operation.

For the little ones, we created a dedicated corner withcotton candy, popcorn, balloons, ice cream truck and plenty of space where they could see law enforcement vans and cars up close. Throughout the day, an aperitif buffet was made available to customers, friends and motoring enthusiasts for more than 800 people in attendance.

In addition to directing the event, we also oversaw the communication and promotion of the event.

The day ended with a gala dinner reserved for employees. In the center of the room, a blazing Ferrari, Sandri green arrangements, cold fires, and an emotional moment dedicated to the Sandri family, a symbol of passion and work since 1955.

Un enterprise is made up of many hands and many faces. It is acollective work, just like a painting that encompasses a multiplicity of meanings and values.

So was the work donated to Cavalier Dani, owner of the eponymous leather processing company in Arzignano.

To celebrate the company’s 75th anniversary, it was the employees themselves who wanted to make a special gesture: they chose to commission, through our agency Make Your Wish – We Create Events, a work of art capable of telling the company’s story in an original and authentic way.

Artist Ezio Fantin has shaped a multiple work inspired by the world of apps: twelve interchangeable canvases that, as a whole, recall the aesthetics of digital app logos. Each painting represents a key moment in the history of Dani Spa, told with immediacy, simplicity and without rhetoric.

We worked together with the artist and company contacts to create this gift, which was presented to the owner during the evening celebration at the company. We organized and managed a sharing time with a buffet, music and a children’s area.

An event designed to celebrate an important milestone, which is also the result of the daily commitment and professionalism of all employees. From operational to management roles, everyone contributes to building, day after day, one great collective work: the Dani Spa company.

For the 40th anniversary of Tecnogas S.r.l. and theinauguration of its new headquarters in Albignasego (PD), we started here. Not from a written brief, but from immersion in their reality.
As an operating partner, we supported the company at every stage of the organization: from format construction to logistics, from set-ups to entertainment, and even guest management.

In addition to directing the event, we managed organizational secretariat, invitations, reception, and shuttle services.

The evening was held in the spaces of the new headquarters, transformed for the occasion into an environment to experience and share. Outside, we set up the dinner area, with a buffet, alounge area for the welcome toast, a personalized photobooth, and a stage for institutional moments and musical entertainment.
Inside, guests found a guided tour through the offices and production area, enhanced by explanatory totems that told the identity and history of the company.

Ogny big project takes shape one step at a time, as does a successful event.

For the Municipality of Trissino, we organized the inauguration of the new Children’s Pole, an important moment for the community.
We took care of every phase: from coordinating the suppliers to the technical direction, from the set-ups to the entertainment for the families. Our service managed the stage and big screen, where a timelapse video made by our graphics team was projected, telling the story of the building’s construction, frame by frame.

During the open day, more than 800 people visited the new facility, welcomed by authorities such as Mayor Davide Faccio, President of the Veneto Region Luca Zaia, the Bishop of Vicenza and other representatives of the area.
An institutional event, but also a big party: balloons, inflatable games, food trucks and children’s smiles celebrated this new beginning.
For us, the greatest satisfaction was seeing every element fall into place, building each event with the same care as laying each brick.

Paxed, present and future: the corporate anniversary of DANI Spa

When a company with such an important history reaches a milestone like 75 years, every detail of the event celebrating it must tell its identity, values and vision. That’s why we curated a refined and deeply meaningful evening.

An orchestration that was the result of months of preparation, in which we brought our experience and our best suppliers to bear to create a completely new format tailored to the company-as Make Your Wish – We Create Events knows how to do.

Since 1950, DANI has been synonymous with quality and innovation in leather production, with a pioneering commitment to sustainability. The event was conceived as a tribute to the long tradition of the DANI family, which has transformed an idea into an international reality.

In the heart of the elegant Villa Curti in Sovizzo, the event opened with a display, an exhibition designed together with the client, to tell the story of DANI’s tradition and evolution through its leather products. A refined set-up, with lights designed not to damage the materials.

More than 250 guests – including clients, partners, suppliers, and friends – were welcomed with an aperitif reception, accompanied by the notes of theConcert Academy, consisting of 25 orchestra professors and 4 singers. The musical repertoire, made up of timeless pieces and great classics, was curated by our agency to accompany every stage of the event.

The orchestra set-up also originated as an extension of the space in the villa’s barchessa, where the placée dinner was held, to be one with the guests.

Among the guests of honor was Horacio Pagani. An exclusive reception was reserved for him that lived up to his profile: the entrepreneur personally attended, bringing a Pagani with DANI leather interior, a symbol of excellence, on display.

An event of international caliber also due to the presence of numerous guests from abroad, assisted by our bilingual hostesses throughout the evening. In fact, the occasion was also the perfect moment to announce a new and important business partnership aimed at the Asian market-a strategic step that further strengthens DANI’s international presence.

The final toast, accompanied by the cutting of the celebratory cake, sealed an event in which past, present and future were woven into a coherent, elegant and powerful narrative.

Colleagues, collaborators, partners and friends contributed a video laden with gratitude, emotionally recounting RECA’s identity and values.

Closing the celebration was a fireworks display: a farewell to a chapter that is ending, and a welcome to the one about to begin.

Dto Hungary to Italy: Make Your Wish – Creiamo Eventi has brought to life a tailor-made incentive trip of motors, Italian hospitality and authentic flavors.

Eighteen guests, including historical customers and suppliers of Ingram, a prestigious Hungarian company, were the protagonists of a three-day experience between Modena and Bologna, taken care of in every organizational, technical and logistical detail.

From the welcome at the airport to the stay in the 4-star facilities, from the typical lunches to the gala dinner and the Ferrari Experience on the track: every moment is designed to offer an immersion in Italian excellence.

But that’s not all: visits to the Ferrari and Lamborghini Museum,guided tours in the historic center of Modena and Bologna.

Our ever-present bilingual team handled each stage with precision, taking care of private transfers and balancing leisure and business commitments.

M enegatti S.r.l. celebrates the importance of its team with a very special event.

This year they trusted our agency by choosing food as the theme of the event, combined with an immersive experience on the Asiago Plateau.

The day began with a guided walk among the picturesque trails in the area, during which guests were able to discover the local flora and fauna, accompanied by our guide.

This itinerary was a journey to discover the authentic flavors of the mountains, with stops at the places where typical ingredients such as Conco dandelion, Rubbio celery, and the prized local truffle were harvested, which were the protagonists of the following gastronomic moment.

The second part of the event was held at the gourmet restaurant Milleluci, where Chef Elvis Pilati, renowned for his unconventional but still locally linked cuisine, welcomed the participants.

Two of the proposed dishes were prepared directly by guests, guided by the chef, in a team-building activity.

The lunch was a true culinary journey, with dishes that enhanced the authentic flavors of the Plateau, narrated and presented by the chef himself.

Our team had the pleasure of organizing the event at the modern location of Golden Padel in Vicenza.

An event full of meaningful moments, designed to end the year in a profitable way, combining work, fun and conviviality.

The day opened with a welcome coffee, where the 80 guests were welcomed by our hostesses. The morning was entirely devoted to the business meeting, alternating with keynote speeches that provided guests with valuable insights for the new year.

After a light buffet lunch, it was time to join the participants in fun-sport activities. Padel and burraco tournaments brought a touch of competition and team spirit, fostering networking in an informal and dynamic setting.

Late in the afternoon, anaperitif was served, a prelude to the most institutional moments of the day: the corporate speeches and the awards ceremony, which celebrated the successes of the past year.

The evening ended with an informal dinner, where the star was a delicious meat and fish paella, followed by the cutting of the celebratory cake.

D ecember 18 to 20, 2024, we had the pleasure of organizing for Reca Italia S.r.l. the Kick Off Meeting 2024, an all-round educational experience with meetings, team work and leisure time at the Galzignano Resort Terme & Golf in Galzignano Terme (PD).

The meeting began with a warm welcome at the Hotel Majestic, one of the three facilities of the Resort, a building surrounded by a 35-hectare natural park in the heart of the Euganean Hills, which in addition to being one of the largest spas in Europe, also offers excellent services for MICE clients. Following this, a refined light dinner at the hotel’s Gin Bar kicked off three days of stimulating activities. In fact, the second day began with an intense working session followed by a moment of conviviality over lunch. In the afternoon, a workshop led by our psychologist, followed by the Cooking Class with the Master Pizzaiolo, saw guests try their hand at pizza making, putting into practice the principles of sharing and collaboration learned during the day. The Kick Off Meeting ended with a final work session, which marked the end of an event full of opportunities for team growth and strengthening.
