A winning combination of entertainment and education.
Once again this year we organized a TEAM BUILDING sailing trip on the beautiful waters of Lake Garda for all company employees. Sun, fun and sharing moments were not lacking during this experience in the spectacular location of Torri del Benaco.
The activity was divided into several moments:
- Formative introduction, with theoretical and practical teachings and maneuver tests led by experienced trainers.
- Relaxation and convivial lunch break in merriment.
- Team regatta, formative trial that allowed to ignite some healthy competitiveness and strengthen the team.
The result?
An unforgettable experience developing key skills for a company, such as effective communication among all team members, collaboration and a strong team spirit.
